Terms of use

These terms of use set out how the acerfi.net website, ACERFI's institutional portal, and the online services attached to it may be accessed and used.

They do not govern the sale of training services, which is covered by the terms of sale.

Browsing the website constitutes full acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website is available free of charge, twenty-four hours a day, subject to maintenance operations and network hazards. Connection and equipment costs remain your responsibility.

The website presents the group, its houses, its training offer and its services to organisations. It provides contact, enrolment and application forms, and links to the platforms of the group's entities.

The information published is for guidance. Programmes, calendars and arrangements may change without notice.

Access to the online campus (https://campus.acerfi.net) is reserved for enrolled learners. Login details are personal, strictly confidential and non-transferable.

You are responsible for any use made of your account. If your details are lost or you suspect they have been compromised, tell us at once so that access can be suspended.

You undertake to use the website for its intended purpose and in accordance with the law. The following are prohibited in particular:

• any attempt at unauthorised access or at undermining the integrity of the website or its servers;
• large-scale automated extraction of content, copying the database or reproducing teaching materials;
• sending unlawful, defamatory or hateful content, or content infringing third parties' rights, through our forms;
• knowingly providing inaccurate information in an enrolment or application.

The content of the website and the teaching materials provided are protected. Viewing them confers no ownership right: it allows strictly personal use, excluding any distribution, resale or collective use.

The processing of data sent through the website is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use.

Links to the sites of the group's entities or to external resources are provided for your convenience. Each third-party site remains governed by its own terms, which you should read.

ACERFI reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website, in particular for maintenance or security reasons, without this giving rise to any compensation.

ACERFI has a best-efforts obligation regarding the operation of the website. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of data or harm resulting from use that does not comply with these terms of use.

These terms of use may be changed at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the day you browse. Version in force: 22 July 2026.

These terms of use are governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any action; failing that, the competent courts of Yaoundé have sole jurisdiction.
